Well, the 28^th annual KMS Coquitlam Charity Show & Shine has come and gone, and boy, was it a beaut! We had 200+ classic and custom vehicles on the lot, and many, many more classic people! The sun came out, to prove that the paint jobs were up to snuff, and the band rocked the day away!

Of course, it wouldn’t have been the same, without each of you who came out to feel the electricity, consume the meats, and bask in the splendor of the shiny chrome.

Those of you who had luck on your side got to take home welders, coolers, tools, compressors, and more!  And those of you who had particularly wow-inducing vehicles went home with our custom laser-cut trophies!  And who knows- maybe we’ll see your masterpieces on the next calendar!

Over 1000 smokies came off the grill and into your mouths on Saturday, which turned hungry show-goers into generous ones.   Because of this, as well as donations raised from Spin-to-Win ballots, the Venezuelan Canadian Society was able to raise over $5600 for humanitarian aid in Venezuela!!  These funds will go to feed and provide medical care for vulnerable children in Venezuela.

Cops for Cancer was also able to raise a few bucks for childhood cancer research and Camp Goodtimes, which is an oncology camp in Maple Ridge for children and their families going through their cancer journey.  Come back to support them further when they’re behind the grill during our August 3 day sale, Aug 14-16!
