Earlier this year, we started a new project in the KMS Car Parts Shop. Its a 1952 Chevrolet Tin Woodie. We started out with a pretty solid little wagon…(before we sent it to the sand blaster) and then prepped it for metal work. As it turned out we needed to do a bit of metal repair to a few more areas than we had anticipated.
Here are a few pics to show you what we have done.
In order to mount the new Art Morrison frame we had to remove most of the rear floor pan to achieve the ride height we have planned for – yes it will be very low.
The Art Morrison Frame was ordered complete and ready to “Bolt” in… Ford 9 inch, air bags, four link, big disc brakes and a very nicely designed mustang two front end.
We will keep you posted on the progress of the “Tin Woodie” on this blog so stay tuned in. If you have any questions or would like to know about any of the product you see give us a call at 604-522-5593 and we would be happy to help you out and you can always check our product out online at http://www.kmscarparts.com.
Thanks for lookin,
The Car Parts Team
PLEASE!
I’ve been patiently waiting for follow up on this project.
Is it still going on or had it been set aside for the time being?
If you need a photographer I’d be more than willing to oblige.

Hi Rod,
Thanks for the inquiry. We had side-lined the project for a while but it will be picking up shortly. We’ll be filming some updates in the upcoming months and posting them at http://www.kmstools.com/blog
Thanks again,
Terry
