Update for Tools for the World Program – KMS Tools Partner With Customers To Send Good Used Tools to Countries in Need

In August 2011, Uganda was very grateful to receive a container carrying your donated tools. These tools were used for renovations on the 100 year old Mengo Hospital, which has opened newly renovated patient rooms. Next up are the clinic and treatment rooms!

Tools For The World program helping people in Uganda

Haiti received a shipment of your tools in September 2011. These tools created many jobs repairing a church and a clinic, and there are plans to build a school in every community. This means that school fees can be lowered, giving more children the opportunity to attend.

Tools For The World program helping people in Thailand

In Thailand, the tools you’ve given have been used to build a warehouse, a clinic, a school, and a furniture making shop. The shipment they received in October 2011 will furnish a training centre that will enable people to learn a trade, and make a living to provide for their families.

  1. Excellent work ! It’s great to see that our old tools are helping those less fortunate than us, and making a difference. How can I get involved in the construction end of it ?? Any contacts or info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
