Welding Gas at KMS Tools
Why lease welding gas cylinders? Own your own and have them filled at KMS Tools and Equipment.
We have a great selection of welding gas available at all locations!
- Oxygen (O₂), acetylene (C₂H₂), argon (Ar) and argon/carbon dioxide (Ar / CO₂) are available at all locations
- Tri-Mix (Ar / O₂ / CO₂) is available at Coquitlam, Abbotsford and Red Deer
- Carbon dioxide (CO₂) and nitrogen (N₂) are available at Coquitlam
Renting or leasing a cylinder can be expense. So stop by your nearest KMS Tools location, bring your own cylinder or buy a new one, and we will fill it for you while you wait or shop.

Titan Vaper Welding Helmet
“Hello, I’m Jorge with KMS Tools. Here I’m holding the Titan Vaper helmet. This helmet has an auto-darkening feature. It goes from Shade 9 to Shade 13. Sensitivity knobs are on the outside, as well as your shade knob (from 9 to 13). It has a feature that most people tend to like, which is your disable feature, so that you can use it for grinding, plasma cutting, or oxyacetylene welding. This is our best value helmet.”

Jorge at KMS Tools shows you about the 140T hobbyist welder. “OK, this is the basic Lincoln 140T model. The 140T model is capable of going up to 140 amp output. It has 5 settings, from 35 all the way up to 140. It’s capable of doing .023 wire and .030 wire. In the flux core, it can do an .035 wire. It’s capable of gas, no gas, and is the most fantastic little welder for autobody type work. The 140T comes equipped with a 10 foot whip, some .023 wire, some .030 wire, and regulator for your gas. It is set up to come straight out of the box for flux core welding.”
Miller Diversion 165 Tig Welder (907005)
Jorge at KMS Tools shows a popular Miller TIG welder. “Hello, I’m Jorge with KMS Tools. Here I’ve got the Diversion 165 TIG Welder. This TIG welder is capable of doing 22 gauge up to 3/16″, in either steel or aluminum. It is a 230 volt input, as well as a 30 amp input for it. It’s a 165 amp output. It comes with fingertip control; there is an available foot control that can be added to it for an additional price. It comes with a 3/32 collet and tungsten; you can find other tungstens and collet sizes at KMS also. ”

Jorge at KMS Tools shows the Millermatic 180 welder. “Hello, I’m Jorge with KMS Tools. Here I’ve got the Millermatic 180 by Miller; it is capable of doing up to 5/16″. It is packaged with a free roll of .030 and a regulator for it, if you want to use gas. It is capable of doing 5/16″ from 30 amp all the way up to 180 amp. The automatic setting is the easiest way to dial in your wire type and your wire thickness with your dial. The Millermatic 180 is capable of doing everything on a car: autobody, frame. It’ll do from 24 gauge all the way up to 5/16″. Should you need any thicker material, you just give it multiple passes. It is user friendly and quite compact. 230v is the input for it, and all you need is a 20 amp breaker for it, and you’re welding away.”
