80 Pallets of tools came through Tools for the World in 2015, and were distributed to 24 different countries! Many were sent to set up carpentry and mechanical teaching shops, while others went to hospitals, clinics and orphanages.

In a world where many people lack the basic tools needed to survive and thrive, KMS Tools is making a difference. Our ongoing program, Tools for the World, aims to provide tools to those who need them most, and you can be a part of it, too!
A letter we received after sending a truck load of donated tools with Mike and Jay from New Generation Ministries in April.
Noses cheered and tastebuds tickled as people approached KMS Tools last weekend. The scent of smokies and onions could be detected from across the lot, coming from ‘neath a canopy by the entrance to the store. What could be better than a FREE smokie and pop while you shop?

Is cleaning out the shed or garage on your “to do” list? Instead of throwing all those good old tools into the landfill, why not let them reach their full potential in the hands of those who need them most? Bring your good used tools down to any KMS Tools, and they’ll be sent around the world for community building projects.
If you don’t have any tools to donate, you can still help those in need by making a donation while you grab a FREE smokie and pop during KMS Coquitlam’s 3-day Christmas sale – December 15th to 17th! All donations will go towards sending the donated tools around the world.

In August 2011, Uganda was very grateful to receive a container carrying your donated tools. These tools were used for renovations on the 100 year old Mengo Hospital, which has opened newly renovated patient rooms. Next up are the clinic and treatment rooms!
